Suzuki has finally rolled out a mid-size sedan that seats 5 in reasonable comfort, is pepped with contemporary styling and looks more than just a grown up Swift, 2012 Suzuki Kizashi. The only trim available here in the U.A.E. is the Sport Grade which has a minimalistic body kit bolted on i.e. front and rear spoilers and 18" sport aluminium wheels. The exteriors exude clean aggression unlike some after market add ons seen on some street cars. Kizashi's engine displacement is matched by the Accord, but trumped by the new Camry and Nissan Altima. On the academic side of thing the 2.4-litre VVT 4-cylinder engine manages to belt out 176bhp at 6,500 rpm and 230 Nm of gyrating force at 4,000 rpm at the crank. The lack of sporting enthusiasm in the Continuous Variable Transmission is made up for by the steering mounted paddle shifters, but feel free to leave it on auto just as most people do. There is nothing overly appealing or sinister about the black leather interiors. Drab is one way of describing it, but it is also clean cut with a focus on functionality, always a plus. People moving up from a swift, will fill in like a peas in a pod. 
You won't find yourself for craving for basic conveniences like Keyless entry, Start/stop button, Cruise control, Steering mounted controls and a Sunroof in the Kizashi. Multiple drivers car can make use of the 10 way power adjustable driver's seat with 3 position memory while front seat passengers get 4-way power adjustability. The cabin is not exactly the largest in class but has decent space and the air quality is kept tempered by the Automatic climate control.
