Bernard Arnault of LVMH recently purchased traditional trunkmakers
Moynat, adding it to the list of old school brands ready for a revamp.
Taking on the considerable talent of Ramesh Nair, formerly of Hermès,
Christian Lacroix, and Yohji Yamamoto, this 1849 brand has got itself
a Parisian flagship store and unsurprisingly some rather challenging
price tags.
A sizeable wedge of cash will get you some incredible accessories;
these guys know their way around hardwearing travel trunks so expect
everything to last as well as look good. Hit the website [1] for more.
