This cool guy is 19-year-old Togo, a Wagado Tokyo shop staffer.
He's wearing an eclectic outfit that includes a graphic t-shirt with
an eyeball print from Floccinaucinihilipilification, a black jacket,
bright yellow board shorts, black leggings and lime green creepers
from Mad Teatime.

Togo's accessories from Blonde Cigarettes and other shops include a
red leather bird on a wristband, a mosaic print handbag and a fabric
pin on his jacket that looks like a graphic of a heart.

We asked Togo about his favorite place to shop and his answer was
