The competition in Tokyo Odaiba district will get stiffer with the
opening of the new Mitsui Fudosan complex.
Mitsui Fudosan will open the Diver City Tokyo Plaza retail complex on
April 19th, 2012. The new waterfront complex will be home to 154
stores including the first Old Navy store in Japan, the 2nd American
Eagle Outfitters, Uniqlo, HM, Forever 21, Zara, Bershka, Coach,
Burberry Black and Blue Label, Armani Jeans, Beauty Youth by United
Arrows, Beams Lights and of course, a large food court offering 700
seats and some entertainments like the miniature Gundam theme park.
